Do you provide local measurement or installation in Australia?
YULUX coordinates manufacture and export from China. The buyer arranges site measurement and installation with a local team unless a different scope is expressly agreed in writing.
How do we confirm documents for our Australian project?
Share the project requirements and proposed configuration. Available reports must be checked for the system, opening type, size and glazing concerned; a local project professional or authority confirms final compliance.
Can I start a quotation without finished drawings?
Yes. Send your project location, approximate opening sizes, quantities and a short brief. Email or WhatsApp is enough as a contact method. Final dimensions, configuration and responsibilities must be agreed before manufacture.
