1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you voluntarily provide when requesting a quote or contacting us, including:

• Contact Information: Name, business name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, and country.
• Project Specifications: Architectural drawings, window schedules, opening sizes, reference photos, preferred systems, finishes, and specific requirements you submit via our inquiry forms.
• Technical and Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and browsing behavior gathered via cookies to improve user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following professional purposes:

• To provide customized window and door configurations and accurate quotes.
• To communicate with you regarding your inquiry, project drawings, and logistics coordination.
• To send technical updates, digital brochures, or product recommendations that match your project profile.
• To monitor website performance and prevent unauthorized actions or security threats.

3. Data Protection & File Security

Your architectural plans, project locations, and client blueprints are treated with strict confidentiality. We implement industrial-grade security measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of your technical documents. We never sell, trade, or rent your personal or technical data to third-party marketing firms.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We may share relevant technical specifications within the YULUX group manufacturing system in Foshan and with necessary service providers solely for structural feasibility review, shop drawing assistance, production pricing and delivery. Recipients may use the information only for the relevant project purpose.

5. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising Measurement

Google tags (including Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement) and Meta measurement are optional. They load only after you select Allow measurement; declining leaves them unloaded for that visit. With permission, these services may process basic usage and campaign-attribution information under their own notices.

After that same choice, Google tags may send site measurement and advertising events, and the Meta Pixel may record PageView, Contact, QuoteStart and an accepted Lead. For the accepted Lead, our server may also send a matching Conversions API event using the same random event ID so Meta can deduplicate browser and server copies.

The server event is limited to the event name and time, random event ID, page path, browser identifiers (_fbp/_fbc) where available, IP address, browser user agent, and normalized contact/location fields protected with SHA-256 hashing. We do not send Meta your inquiry message, project specifications, drawings, attachment, or the full page query string. A failed Meta delivery never blocks your inquiry and may be retried for no more than 24 hours; operational logs contain status codes rather than access tokens or raw contact details.

You can decline or change this choice at any time using the Cookie settings control shown on the site. Declining or withdrawing stops future YULUX Google and Meta measurement events and removes controllable first-party Google and Meta measurement cookies where technically possible. It does not physically unload a script already received by the browser or delete data already received by Google or Meta; each third party processes received data under its own privacy policy.
