1. Scope of Service

YULUX provides a professional factory-authorized supply window for custom aluminum window systems, door systems, and sunrooms. We specialize in global project-based configuration, including technical drawing reviews, configuration suggestions, factory coordination, and export-ready logistics. All products are manufactured to custom order specifications in Foshan, China.

2. Project Customization & Drawings

Because window systems must fit precise architectural openings, all official quotations are based on the final CAD drawings, window schedules, and dimensions confirmed between our engineering team and the buyer.

• Accuracy of Information: The buyer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of all dimensions, wind-load requirements, local building codes, and hardware options prior to production.
• Drawing Approval: Production will not begin until the buyer signs and approves the final Shop Drawings (CAD details) provided by our team. Once approved, the configuration cannot be altered.

3. Production, Pricing, and Payments

Our pricing is project-based and reflects raw material costs, customization level, volume, glass specifications, and destination. No retail prices are displayed or guaranteed online.

• Incoterms: Unless agreed otherwise in writing, standard trading terms are FOB (Foshan/Shenzhen/Guangzhou) or CIF (Destination Port).
• Payment Terms: Standard factory production requires a 50% deposit before drawing finalization and production, and the remaining 50% balance paid prior to loading and shipment from Foshan.

4. Quality Standards & Warranty

YULUX systems are engineered to withstand high wind, rain, and harsh climates. We back our supply quality with concrete warranty periods:

• Aluminum Frames: 10-Year warranty against cracking, structural failure, or excessive peeling of powder-coated or PVDF surface finishes.
• IGU Double Glass: 5-Year warranty against seal failures or internal condensation.
• Hardware: 5-Year warranty on mechanical functions of hinges, locks, and sliding rollers under normal maintenance.

5. Shipping, Packaging, and Delivery

All custom systems are packaged in export-grade, heavy-duty wooden crates or plywood boxes with comprehensive foam corner protection.

• Cargo Inspection: Buyers or their representatives are invited to conduct pre-shipment inspections at our Foshan facility. High-definition photos and loading videos will be sent to the buyer before container sealing.
• Shipping Claims: Any external packaging damage must be recorded with the shipping carrier immediately upon receipt, and reported to our logistics support within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
